Crescent Primary School in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire asked us to help improve provisions in their key stage one play area having already helped the school with something similar in the key stage two area.
Using an ‘Awards for all’ lottery funded grant the school wanted to increase the opportunity for challenge at break time as well as creating an extension to the play ground. After consultations and designs covering several options the school elected to have one of our young explorer Scott units installed.
The school business Manager  said the unit offered the right balance between role play opportunities and the chance for the children to improve their agility and upper body strength.
