As a new build school, the Staff and Children of Hayfield Cross CofE School were provided with a fantastic building. Bore excitingly, a blank canvas for a playground! Having worked with us previously the Headteacher, Mr Charteris, asked us to help utilise their new outdoor space. They wanted to cater for current and future pupils, as numbers continue to increase.
With Grant Funding successfully obtained from the Diocese, Phase 1 of the playground development was achieved! We began with the installation of Pick Up Sticks (8) which creates a real wow factor in the school playground. It also caters for a large number of children at any time! The unique feature of both High and Low physical challenge elements within the design is what sets it apart, and really does offer something for everyone regardless of age or ability.
It’s safe to say that everyone at Hayfield Cross CofE School is over the moon with their new playground!
